This policy explains what personal data IE Lakida (Individual Entrepreneur) ("we") processes, why, and what rights you have. It covers the website lakida.me and the software we build and operate, including Bradobrey, a CRM for barbershop chains with a WhatsApp Business Platform integration.

The website
lakida.me does not use cookies for tracking, has no forms and does not ask you for personal data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying visitors. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. A cookie named lang is set only when you switch the site language, to remember your choice.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to discuss your request.
Our products and WhatsApp data
Businesses that use our products (for example, a barbershop using Bradobrey) decide what data about their own clients is processed. For that data they are the controller, and we process it on their behalf and on their instructions. This may include:
- client names, phone numbers and booking history;
- messages exchanged between the business and its clients on WhatsApp, including media files;
- data of the business's WhatsApp Business Account received through Meta when the business connects it to our product: account and phone number identifiers, display name, message templates and the access token issued for that account;
- accounts of the business's staff: names, logins and roles.
We use this data only to provide the product: to show conversations to the business's staff, to send replies and booking reminders on the business's behalf, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use WhatsApp data for any purpose other than delivering the business's own messages.
Who receives data
- Meta Platforms, which operates the WhatsApp Business Platform and delivers messages;
- hosting providers of our servers and of this website (Cloudflare);
- state authorities, when Kazakhstan law requires it.
How long we keep data
Website analytics are kept in aggregated form only. Product data is kept for as long as the business uses the product and for {{retention period}} after it stops, unless the business asks us to delete it earlier or the law requires longer storage.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access to it is limited to the people who need it to operate the service, and access tokens are stored securely and used only for the account they were issued for.
Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and withdraw consent to its processing. If you are a client of a business that uses our product, you may contact that business or us. See Data deletion for how to request deletion. We reply within {{response time}}.
Changes
We publish any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
