These terms apply to the website lakida.me and to software products provided by IE Lakida (Individual Entrepreneur) ("we"), including Bradobrey. By using the website or a product you accept these terms.
The website
The website describes our services and products. Its content is provided for information and is not an offer. Texts, design and trademarks on the website belong to us unless stated otherwise.
Products
Access to a product is granted under an agreement with the business that uses it. That agreement sets the scope, price and support terms; these terms apply where the agreement says nothing.
The business using a product is responsible for:
- having a legal basis to process its clients' data and to message them, including consent where required;
- complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms when it uses WhatsApp through our product;
- keeping its staff accounts secure and granting access only to people who need it.
WhatsApp messaging fees are charged by Meta directly to the business's WhatsApp Business Account according to Meta's pricing.
Availability and liability
We work to keep our products available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular when third-party services such as the WhatsApp Business Platform are unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
